  • Vogel’s Sunflower & Barley Toast

Whipped Feta

  • 1 block Cow's Milk Feta
  • 3 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • ½ Avocado, sliced
  • Handful Strawberries, sliced
  • Balsamic Reduction

Preparation

  1. Blend all the Whipped Feta ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Toast Vogel’s to desired toastiness.
  3. Top toasted Vogel’s with whipped feta, sliced avocado, sliced strawberries
  4. and a drizzle of Balsamic!
