- 1 tsp butter
- 6 Slices Vogel’s Gluten Free Toast
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Zest of 1 Orange
- Whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and orange zest until well combined.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick pan then coat each slice of bread in the egg mix, leaving no dry spots.
- Fry the coated Vogel’s for a few minutes on each side until they go golden brown.
- Serve with your favourite toppings! We like yoghurt, fresh berries, honey and sliced almonds.
