Prep


  • 1 tsp butter
  • 6 Slices Vogel’s Gluten Free Toast
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Zest of 1 Orange

Preparation

 

  1. Whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and orange zest until well combined.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan then coat each slice of bread in the egg mix, leaving no dry spots.
  3. Fry the coated Vogel’s for a few minutes on each side until they go golden brown.
  4. Serve with your favourite toppings! We like yoghurt, fresh berries, honey and sliced almonds.
