S'mores Open Toastie

  • Vogel’s Gluten Free 6 Seed
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate, melted
  • Ice - cream & chopped nuts, to serve


  1. Preheat your oven to 200°.
  2. Toast your Vogel’s in the toaster to a medium toastiness then place onto a lined baking tray.
  3. Cover your toast in marshmallows and place in the oven.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes until your marshmallows have puffed up and are slightly golden.
  5. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top and top with ice-cream and crushed nuts.

Note: If you have a kitchen blowtorch, skip the oven and scorch the marshmallows instead, for a more authentic flavour.
