- 1 large avocado
- 2 slices of Vogel’s Keto bread
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- A few slices of smoked salmon
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp of spring onion
- 1 tbsp of capers
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
