- 1 large avocado
- 2 slices of Vogel’s Gluten Free Sourdough
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- A few slices of smoked salmon
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp of spring onion
- 1 tbsp of capers
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to season
- Scoop out both sides of the avocado flesh into a small bowl. Add ¼ teaspoon lemon juice, salt, and
