Matcha Cream Cheese & Chia Berry Toast

  • Vogel's Soy and Linseed Bread

Matcha Spread

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1-2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 50ml Boiling Water
  • 2 tsp Honey

Chia Jam

  • 1½ cup Frozen Raspberries
  • ¼ cup Boiling Water
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Orange, Zest and Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Hemp Seeds & Honey to serve (optional)


  1. Pour boiling water over the berries and mash until no whole raspberries are viable. Add chia seeds, zest, juice, honey and stir well until combined. Rest in the fridge until set.
  2. Stir Matcha Powder into boiling water and mix into cream cheese with Honey until smooth.
  3. Toast Vogel's, top with Matcha Cream Cheese, Chia Berry Jam, a sprinkle of Hemp Seeds and a drizzle of honey.
