- 2 slices of Gluten Free Sourdough - Toasted
- Gluten Free Tzatziki
- ½ cup poached chicken breast
- 2 slices Cucumber ribbons
- Salt, pepper and mint to season
Preparation
- Spread a thin layer of tzatziki over toast.
- To serve, sprinkle chicken, top with cucumber ribbons
- Season with salt, pepper and mint. Add a few chilli flakes for something extra special.
