- Vogel’s Sprouted Whole Grains
Bean spread
- 400g Cannellini beans drained, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- Lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sprinkle of chilli flakes
Mushrooms
- 200g White button mushrooms chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sprinkle of chilli flakes
Preparation
- Make the bean spread by blitzing the cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning in a food processor.
- Combine mushrooms, garlic and seasoning and fry until cooked.
- Grill Vogel’s to your desired toastiness.
- Plate up by layering the garlic mushrooms over the bean spread with a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
