Chocolate Stuffed French Toast

  • 8 slices Vogel's Gluten-Free White Bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 185ml milk
  • 70g chocolate spread
  • 70g mascarpone cheese
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Cherries (for serving)


  1. Mix chocolate spread with mascarpone cheese, set aside
  2. Cut crusts off bread slices  
  3. Fill bread slices with a dollop of chocolate spread mixed with mascarpone cheese
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl to make the egg coating. 
  1. Coat sandwiches evenly in the egg mixture. 
  2. Fry sandwiches in butter until golden brown on both sides. 
  3. Serve with cherries on top.
