- 70g chocolate spread
- 70g mascarpone cheese
- Pinch of Salt
- Cherries (for serving)
- Mix chocolate spread with mascarpone cheese, set aside
- Cut crusts off bread slices
- Fill bread slices with a dollop of chocolate spread mixed with mascarpone cheese
- Whisk eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl to make the egg coating.
- Coat sandwiches evenly in the egg mixture.
- Fry sandwiches in butter until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with cherries on top.
