Wholegrain Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

  • Vogel's Soy and Linseed Bread
  • Butter
  • Leftover Christmas Ham
  • Green Apple, sliced
  • Gruyere

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C fan bake.
  2. Make the Wholegrain Honey Mustard Sauce by stirring together the ingredients. 
  3. Butter two slices of bread on both sides and grill in a pan until golden and crispy.
  4. Once the bread is grilled, build your sandwich with Gruyere, apple slices, leftover ham, Wholegrain Honey Mustard Sauce and more Gruyere.
  5. Wrap in baking paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
