- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 ½ Tbsp water
- ½ Tbsp maple syrup, to taste
- ½ heaped Tbsp chia seeds
- Spreadable butter
- 2 slices Vogel’s Digestive Wellbeing bread
Place raspberries in a small bowl with the water and microwave for a minute. Gently mash with fork. Add sweetener and chia seeds, and mix together. Let stand for 5-10 minutes, until thick. If not thick enough for likely, add more chia seeds; if too thick for liking, add more water.
Put bread on to toast. Spread overtop butter. Dollop over chia jam.
