Prep


  • 4 Slices Vogel’s Keto Original Mixed Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Keto Beef Burger Patties
  • 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Chop the avo and cucumber and combine in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the patties. Cook one side then flip, add the sliced cheese and cook for a further couple of minutes.
  3. Layer up the Burger Sandwiches with Vogel’s, mayo, lettuce, patties and the
    chopped veg. Enjoy!
