Labneh

  • 2 cups Natural Greek Yogurt
  • 1 pinch salt

Toast

  • 2 slices Vogel's Digestive Wellbeing
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios
  • Honey

Preparation

  1. To make the Labneh, stir salt into the yoghurt, place into a clean tea towel in a sieve over a large bowl. Place into the fridge and allow to strain overnight. Once strained, remove from the tea towel, place in a bowl and stir with a spoon until smooth.
  2. Toast your Vogel’s, spread over Labneh, top with sliced oranges, crushed pistachios and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
