- 2 Tbsp hummus
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- ½ tsp dukkah
- 2 slices Vogel’s Digestive Wellbeing bread
Put bread onto toast. Spread toast with 1 Tbsp hummus each.
Divide the seeds and sprinkle of dukkah between the two slices of toast.
