- 1 ½ Tbsp smooth peanut butter
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, extra to sprinkle
- ½ tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
- 1 small or ½ medium apple
- 2 slices Vogel’s Digestive Wellbeing bread
Put bread to toast.
Add peanut butter to a small bowl. Mix in cinnamon, and pure maple syrup (optional – sweetens and can help loosen if needed). Thinly slice apple.
Spread cinnamon nut butter over top of toast. Add sliced apple. Sprinkle over a pinch more cinnamon to decorate.
