Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a pan a cook your asparagus on a medium high heat until cooked and lightly charred.
- While grilling the asparagus, toast your Vogel’s to your desired toastiness and smash your avocado until smooth.
- Top your toast with smashed avo, asparagus spears and a sprinkling of roasted pumpkin seeds.
