  • Fresh Asparagus
  • Avocado
  • Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan a cook your asparagus on a medium high heat until cooked and lightly charred.
  2. While grilling the asparagus, toast your Vogel’s to your desired toastiness and smash your avocado until smooth.
  3. Top your toast with smashed avo, asparagus spears and a sprinkling of roasted pumpkin seeds.
