- ½ ripe avocado, medium
- 1 tsp – 1 Tbsp kimchi
- black or white sesame seeds, to garnish
- 2 slices Vogel’s Digestive Wellbeing bread
Put bread to toast. Spread with ¼ avocado each. Top both toast with up to 1 Tbsp kimchi.
Serving note: Start with a smaller portion of kimchi (1/2 tsp) if new to fermented vegetables, building your way up to a 1 Tbsp per serve.
