- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 100g cream cheese
- lemon juice to taste
- 6 Vogel’s Gluten Free Gourmet Buns, toasted
- 2 Tbsp capers
- 12 slices cold smoked sliced salmon
- dill leaves for garnishing
- Put the sliced onion in a bowl with cold water and set aside for 10 minutes to soften.
- Season the cream cheese with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Drain the water from the onion and pat dry.
- Smear the cream cheese over the Vogel’s Gluten Free Gourmet Buns, top with the salmon, capers and onion. Scatter over the dill leaves.
