  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Meadow Fresh Milk
  • 4-6 Slices of Vogel's Fruit & Spice
  • Chelsea Icing sugar, for dusting

Preparation

 

In a 10-inch or 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Whisk together eggs, Meadow Fresh milk, and vanilla and pour into a shallow container such as a pie plate. Dip bread in egg mixture until fully coated.

Fry slices in the skillet until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.

Serve with a dusting of Chelsea icing sugar.
